By Valentino Lucio - Express-News Three men, including a Bexar County law enforcement officer, remained in custody after they were arrested Tuesday afternoon for lewd behavior at an adult movie theater in Southwest Bexar County, authorities said.

When undercover sheriff's deputies raided the Twin Theater in the 12000 block of Fischer Road in Von Ormy, they found the three men performing a lewd act inside, said sheriff's Sgt. Stuart Petrutsas.

All three suspects were charged with indecent exposure.

Jose Terrazas, 54, is the reserve chief deputy constable for Precinct 2, which puts him in charge of volunteer deputies, Petrutsas said. His bond was set at $1,500.

Others arrested were Donald Allison, 47, and Leroy Tondre, 73. The bond amounts for Allison and Tondre had not been set.

The investigation was prompted after authorities received several complaints about lewd behavior at the theater, Petrutsas said.
